Minthis Golf Club - Golf course information & golf holiday offers
Set above a valley in the heart of the picturesque wine region of Paphos, Minthis Golf Club was designed by legendary golf architect Donald Steel in 1994 and renovated by renowned course designers Mackenzie & Ebert in 2007 and most recently in 2017/19, creating a perfect harmony in the natural surroundings where the course is situated. The GEO-certified Par 72 course sits 5902 metres above sea level, winding alongside a 12th century monastery, with stunning views of the Troodos Mountains and beyond. The 5,879 metre long course (white) is undulating with ancient groves and olive trees guarding the fairways, 28 bunkers and 2 lakes guarantee a sporting game. Its elevated tees tempt you to hit the ball hard, although precision is more important than strength. The signature hole is undoubtedly the Par 3 15th hole with its island-shaped green 150 metres from the elevated tee box, which is an all-or-nothing shot.
The modern Club House, designed by the architect Woods Bagot, has an excellent restaurant with an elegant interior and a unique view of the greens and the picturesque landscape of the valley.
