Pleasant stay but room for improvement.

Well-located hotel. Pleasant room and cleanliness. Breakfast buffet complete but not very varied for long stays. Courtesy and service of reception staff could be improved...

Where is the hospitality

Palace Hotel Desenzano - recommended

Nice and well located hotel on Lake Garda, friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel is a bit aging but well maintained. Very good breakfast. Underground parking available.

Hotel

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are "a bit outdated" but equipped with everything you need. The breakfast buffet is very rich.

Dogs allowed

The hotel is great, also well located. Only at breakfast dogs were not allowed, so you had to drag the food to a terrace where dog owners had breakfast. I had to walk x times. Let's say a tray would have been very helpful!
