SETTECENTO Hotel Presezzo

The hotel is lovingly decorated with a lot of fervor. Design and art set the tone. However, it is located on a very busy main road. Especially if you have rooms facing this road, the background noise of the cars is then disturbing at night. The staff at breakfast was unfortunately not very friendly and service oriented. The pool area is nice, but also very busy (which is of course not surprising at temperatures over 35 °). Our friends had the welcome gift from IGM in their room. When we asked at the reception, they wanted to clarify whether we had also received one and where it could have gone - which did not lead to an answer even after five days. Surely there is another hotel for golfers in Bergamo ;)
