Great location

The location directly on Lake Garda is great. The staff are all very attentive and friendly. The restaurants are excellent, food, service and quality. Highly recommended

Pleasant hotel

Rooms could be a little bigger. Breakfast perfect. Restaurant Il Rivale very good. Also in the price. At the bar we had burgers: also very good.

Hotel room

You have offered us a Junior Suite Park View. The room we were assigned by the hotel was a motel room, no window in the room area, 1 small window in the shower!!!! The entrance door was the window!!! No trace of junior suite and 5*. From the edge of the bed to the door about 1.5m space, a small sofa and no fresh air that was it. We were then offered a room in the main house which was bigger and better, but for which we had to pay an extra 50€ per night. We had no choice but to take this room. The quality of the interior and the sound insulation were never worth 5*. Everything else like location, breakfast buffet, service and friendliness of the staff were excellent.
