Hotel Gold de Punta Ala

The hotel was OK but doesn't justify the price/quality ratio. The breakfast was correct, but the quality of the restaurant is very average. On the other hand, the shuttle service to the beach is perfect, as is the private beach.

Improvable

The rooms on the ground floor are large and newly renovated. The rooms were not ventilated and therefore had a musty taste. The staff still have a lot of potential. The food was overpriced and we only ate in the hotel once, otherwise out.

Hotel according to the age

Rooms nicely renovated and clean, hotel facilities are outdated, in urgent need of renovation. For example, furniture in the limonaia is outdated. Chairs have rusty screws. Old carpets, curtains and decorative material on floors. Plant pots not maintained. Breakfast offer sufficient, could be a little more varied in fruit. We recommend eating out in the evening. Desk staff very friendly, serving staff partly does not speak foreign languages. At least French and English should be for 4*.

Ideal for golfing and swimming

Very nice modern hotel very close to Punta Ala golf club. Shuttle to the private beach. Very nice hotel with great pool and very good breakfast all very friendly. In the area super great restaurants. This hotel can only be recommended.

Very nice location

Does justice to its 4-star status. Only the prices at the hotel bar very outrageous. 16 euros for a GinTonic - madness! Bartender was probably in the learning phase. Thus not yet customer-oriented and slow. Staff at the reception very friendly and helpful.
