The Penina Golf Resort has three courses, one of them being the first 18-hole course to be built in the Algarve, the Sir Henry Cotton Championship Course has hosted the Portuguese Open on ten occasions. This Par 73 is flanked by water hazards, bunkers and its layout features slopes and elevated greens.

The Resort Course is a great combination course offering 9 tame holes for beginners as well as 18 holes of challenging golf for the more experienced players.

The Academy course, with 9 executive holes, which winds its way through the fairways of the Championship Course, has been designed specifically for the intermediate golfer, the greens are short, so accuracy off the tee counts for a lot.
