Royal Óbidos Golf

Between the Atlantic coast and the Óbidos lagoon lies the sophisticated Royal Óbidos Golf, designed by the great Severiano Ballesteros in 2012. The course impresses with its scenery and technical design, as well as water hazards and sea breezes that will test your patience on more than one occasion. From the fairways, where interconnected streams meander in cascading waterfalls, you can look out over the Óbidos lagoon and the omnipotent Atlantic. Its 3rd hole, the most beautiful on the front nine, has an island green and spectacular views of the lagoon. The back nine will surprise you with its 18th hole, a par 5 of 490 metres with panoramic views of the other holes, the clubhouse and the infinite blue Ocean.

The clubhouse is also a highlight with its glass walls with a panoramic view over the course, its exquisite “Legend” restaurant with a varied menu, two bars, a lounge to relax and a large terrace with a fascinating view.
