Golf club page 12.12. — green fee per player: Green fee 18 Holes (10:00) Two courses designed by Fred Hawtree (9-hole Le Bois and 18-hole La Plaine) offer an excellent golfing experience. Today, the challenges for both beginners and experts take into account the terrain and the slope. The 27 holes of La Plaine allow you to perfect your game before finishing the day on the panoramic terrace of the restaurant. Originally, the course had 18 holes (Plaine-Vallon), arranged around a wooded area of farmland. A 9-hole course was added in the forest, the Course du Bois.
Golf Omaha Beach
Golf club page 14.12. — green fee per player: Green Fee 18 Holes (10:00) Located in Normandy, on a historic site as the course is right on the cliffs of Omaha Beach where the Allied landings took place in WWII. Le Golf d’Omaha Beach has two 18-hole courses with different landscapes between land and sea. The La Mer course, a Par 72 links-style course, borders the sea with a view of Port-En-Bessin and its cathedral. The Par 71 Le Manoir course, on the other hand, has a typically Norman topography with its lakes and flowering groves in the spring. Although the course denotes challenge and your shots must be thought through you will also have the opportunity to adjust your tee shot depending on your level.
