The Silver Coast close to Lisbon, accessible via Lisbon Portela International Airport, makes it a very attractive area for golf lovers. The Peniche region has also gained its popularity as an excellent destination for golf, beach and surfing. One of the main attractions of this area is its tranquillity and serenity. In addition to its great variety of natural resources, but also a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offer, so it will not be difficult to find beaches, wineries, castles, nature reserves and historic villages. The nearby medieval town of Óbidos is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful historical sites in Portugal. The golfing climate is pleasant, with mild winters and temperate summers thanks to the Atlantic breeze. There is much to see, appreciate and enjoy in this region and, above all, attractive and challenging golf courses.

Golf club page 02.04. — green fee per player: Green fee 18 Holes (10:00) Designed by the famous American golf architect Cabell B. Robinson and inaugurated on June 14, 1997, the Praia D’el Rey Golf Course promises fun and challenging golf. The course is a links-style course along the Atlantic coastline, but some of its holes are mixed with Parkland style and vegetation. Deep bunkers, sloping greens and sandy dunes contrast sharply with the green fairways and greens. The Atlantic breeze present will require you to bring out your best creative strokes if you want to reach the 18th hole with a great score.

The course is nestled in a beautiful coastal landscape where every hole of the course is overlooked by the stunning waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
