It is set in a stunning oasis of green grass, enhanced by bunkers, water hazards and natural dunes. International golf legend Greg Norman is responsible for the spectacular and unique design of Almouj Golf’s 18-hole, par 72 golf course. The design maintains the ocean panorama and the magnificent view of the Hajar Mountains.

Golf club page 17.03. — green fee per player: Green fee 18 holes (10:00) Ghala Golf Club, founded in 1971 by Colonel Cooper, is the oldest and most popular golf club in Oman (with over 250 members). This outstanding course, designed by British golfer Bill Logmuir, is located in the centre of Muscat and features narrow fairways and beautiful sea views. The magnificent Al Hajar Mountains can be seen in the background. The clubhouse at Ghala Golf is a members-only venue, where members can relax on the comfortable outdoor terrace.
